Founder Profile
MLPowersAI, Inc. was founded by Prakash R. Kota, a chemical engineer with a PhD and MS from the University of Rhode Island and a BE from Manipal Institute of Technology. He is actively engaged in technology and business research through the MBA for Executives program at the Massry School of Business, University at Albany.
With three decades of experience spanning manufacturing, software engineering, and AI/ML, Prakash leads the company’s mission to deliver scalable, results-oriented machine learning solutions for real-world business challenges.

After losing my wife to late-stage breast cancer, I began to wonder whether something had been missed — not by intent, but by the limits of what we can see. There were years of test results, clinical data, and subtle signs that didn’t surface in time. I asked myself: Could technology have helped? Could machine learning have made a difference?
That question led me down a path of rediscovery — from my roots in chemical engineering and computational modeling to modern AI and neural networks. I learned. I experimented. I built. What began with medical data soon expanded to stock markets, industrial processes, and broader business applications. I realized that the predictive power of data was real — and widely untapped.
